Earthing / Grounding
Grounding or Earthing is the fastest free way to connect yourself to balance and health.Staying 'grounded' will help you feel balanced, give you clarity and help buffer the crazy by simply putting the body in direct and uninterrupted contact with the earth. This means that skin needs to touch soil, sand, water, or a conductive surface that is in contact with the earth.
Over time, especially in modern life, our bodies build up a positive charge. The idea from a scientific perspective is that the earth has a mild negative charge to it. Direct contact with the earth can even out this positive charge and return the body to a neutral state.

The key difference between earthing and grounding is that the term Earthing means that the circuit is physically connected to the ground which is Zero Volt Potential to the Earth.
Whereas in Grounding the circuit is not physically connected to ground, but its potential is zero with respect to other points
